AuditForge — Partner-Firm One-Pager

A deep-audit engine for audit and advisory firms. Replaces ~80% of associate-level document review while producing a partner-grade deliverable your client signs.

The pitch in one sentence

Your senior partners review what AuditForge surfaces; your client receives a defensible deliverable under your firm's brand at a fraction of your traditional engagement timeline.

Who this is for

Mid-market regional CPA firms, consulting boutiques with audit practices, and Big-4-tier groups looking to scale their audit deliveries without scaling associate headcount. Specifically firms doing:

  • Pre-assessment readiness audits (CMMC, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
  • Contract compliance reviews (FAR / DFARS, ABA Model Rules)
  • Internal control / governance audits
  • Vendor / subcontractor compliance audits
  • M&A due diligence document review

You bring the SME judgment. We bring the engine.

Why now

Frontier-model reasoning passed the bar in 2024. Audit firms can finally compress the document-review portion of an engagement from weeks to hours without compromising defensibility — if the tooling is built for partner review rather than blind output trust.

AuditForge is the first tool built ground-up for the partner-review motion: every finding cites verbatim source quotes, every reasoning step is logged for procurement-review export, and the deliverable carries your firm's name and brand from cover to footer.

What it does

A seven-stage pipeline runs in parallel against the client's document corpus:

  1. Profile — corpus shape, cluster topology, citation graph
  2. Catalog — ranked target lists per audit primitive (10 primitives)
  3. Synthesize — concrete, scoped, auditable questions
  4. Validate — drop questions with no corpus purchase; dedupe
  5. Investigate — parallel retrieve → reason → evidence-anchor → adversarial-verify
  6. Consolidate & Filter — cluster by root cause, classify confidence, override-rule protect against false negatives
  7. Report — white-label deliverable: executive summary, systemic patterns, remediation roadmap, evidence-anchored findings

Output: Markdown, DOCX, and JSON. Your firm's logo on the cover, your firm's methodology disclaimer in the appendix, your firm's footer on every page.

What's defensible about it

  • Verbatim source quotes — every claim cites a verbatim span from the source document with title, section, and page anchor
  • Cross-primitive corroboration — when 3+ audit primitives independently produce the same finding, confidence is boosted; the deliverable reflects this in language ("strongly evidenced by" vs "may indicate")
  • Adversarial verification — every finding passes through a separate Opus-class skeptical reviewer that flags weak evidence chains
  • Upgrade-only filter ruleset — the system can elevate uncertain findings via deterministic regulatory-pattern rules but never silently rejects a finding without partner review
  • Full reasoning trail — every LLM call (model, tokens, cost, latency, timestamp) logged per engagement; exportable in one click as JSONL or JSON for procurement-review delivery
  • The methodology white paper is published — your client's compliance team can read exactly how the audit was conducted; we don't hide behind black-box claims

Pricing

Tier Price Engagement model
Pilot Free One co-delivered engagement on a real client corpus. We run, you partner-review, deliverable goes to your client under your brand. Captures a case study. No fee, no lock-in.
Standard $50–100K/yr Annual platform license + per-engagement compute (~$10–60). Concierge onboarding for the first 5–10 audits.
Enterprise Custom Dedicated infrastructure (per-engagement S3 bucket isolation enabled, dedicated AWS account on request), SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, SSO/SAML, TOTP MFA enforced firm-wide, audit-log retention controls, dedicated support. For Big-4-tier deployments.

Per-engagement economics for the firm: target $25–75K to your firm. Your client pays meaningfully more across audit + remediation. Compute cost (~$10–60) is rounding error against the partner time saved.

What you keep doing

  • Senior-partner review of every finding before delivery
  • Client relationship and engagement scoping
  • Domain expertise / framework interpretation
  • Sign-off, attestation, and standing behind the deliverable

What we replace

  • 80%+ of associate-level document review time
  • Manual evidence-anchoring and citation work
  • First-pass finding writeups
  • Cross-engagement consistency — every prior finding is searchable in seconds, so partner judgment compounds across audits instead of getting relearned

Compound knowledge

After your firm has run 5+ engagements through AuditForge, two views capture the accumulated judgment:

  • Search — cross-engagement findings search. "Have we ever found this concern before? In which client? What did our partner accept or reject?"
  • Patterns — portfolio clustering. The system surfaces themes that recur across multiple audits and proposes standard remediation playbooks the firm can productize. "This same flow-down gap is in 4 of our 7 defense clients — let's templatize the remediation language and price it as an offering."

Audit firms today rebuild this knowledge engagement by engagement. With AuditForge, the firm's accumulated judgment compounds: the Nth audit benefits from the prior N-1; switching off the platform means abandoning a structured, searchable record of every prior partner decision.

Honest limitations

  • We do not replace the partner. Every finding is partner-reviewed before deliverable.
  • We do not give legal advice. Findings describe what the corpus says; legal interpretation is yours.
  • We do not certify compliance. A clean run means the corpus didn't contain the textual issues we were scoped to find.
  • We do not handle classified material. Commercial cloud infra only.
  • We do not replace primary research. When a finding turns on what NIST SP 800-171 r3 actually says, the partner verifies against the authoritative source.
