AuditForge — Commercial Terms¶
AuditForge is licensed to partner firms under a tiered structure. The specific tiers, discounts, and per-engagement terms are shared directly rather than published, because they are scoped to the engagement and to the firm.
How engagement works¶
Every partner relationship starts the same way: one co-delivered engagement on a real client corpus. We run the corpus, your partners review every finding, and the deliverable goes to your client under your brand.
There is no fee for that first engagement, and no lock-in attached to it. See the co-delivery one-pager for how the three weeks are structured.
What comes after¶
Once you have run one engagement and seen the output quality against your own standards, we discuss ongoing terms. Those conversations cover:
- Engagement volume and the licensing tier that fits it
- Whether you want per-engagement or annual structure
- Infrastructure isolation requirements — dedicated buckets, dedicated AWS account, SSO/SAML, MFA enforcement, audit-log retention
- Territory and category exclusivity, where relevant
- Reference and case-study expectations, which materially affect pricing
Requesting terms¶
Commercial terms, the full tier structure, and the master services agreement are provided under NDA.
For firms already in an active engagement, your Base2ML contact can share the current tier sheet directly.
