AuditForge is sold to audit and advisory firms via a tiered co-delivery offer designed to align with how firms actually evaluate new tooling: try it first, commit progressively as it proves itself.

How it works¶
You don't sign up. You evaluate. The offer has three tiers; partners self-select into the one that fits.
Tier A — Co-Delivery (Free)¶
Cost to you: ~8 hours of partner time across two weeks. No fee.
- One complete AuditForge engagement on a client matter of your choice
- 4 hours of founder support: corpus ingestion call, partner-review walkthrough, deliverable handoff
- White-label DOCX, Markdown, JSON, browser-print PDF — your firm's logo, colors, methodology disclaimer
- Per-engagement audit log of every LLM call (procurement-review defensibility)
- One-page co-delivery agreement, $100 liability cap, you can walk away any time
- Approval rights on any case study Base2ML may publish from the engagement
- Data deletion within 7 business days of your request
Why it's structured this way: AuditForge has not yet completed a paid commercial engagement. The free tier exists so we can validate the product on your real corpus and capture a case study, while you get a finished audit at no cost. Pure upside for you.
Tier B — Price Lock ($1,000 per engagement, 6-month term)¶
Most partners who run Tier A and like the deliverable opt into this.
- 3 additional engagements at $1,000 per engagement (33% off list of $1,500) — $3,000 total commitment
- Price guaranteed at $1,000 for the 6-month term regardless of list-pricing changes
- Quarterly product input session — you suggest features, integrations, workflow priorities
- Direct line to the founder (chris@base2ml.com) — no support tier, no ticket queue
- Co-marketing rights (mutual; either side may opt out)
- One roadmap-priority nomination during the term — guaranteed serious consideration, not guaranteed build
Your investment: $3,000 total over 6 months. Your output: 4 completed audits (free Tier A + 3 paid Tier B). At a typical mid-market markup, that's $40–120K of net firm revenue against $3K of cost — roughly 13–40x ROI on the cash investment.
What we ask in return: one written reference quote (text you approve), one warm intro to another firm of comparable size in your network during the term.
Tier C — Strategic Partner ($30,000/year, 24-month term)¶
For firms that want AuditForge to become their competitive moat in their specialty.
- Annual platform license at $30,000/year (40% off list of $50,000), 24-month term
- Unlimited engagements — no per-engagement fee
- One full day per quarter of founder time — onsite (within PA / OH / WV / MD or with reimbursed travel) or dedicated remote
- Quarterly strategic review — product direction, roadmap input, where the partnership is going
- Right-of-first-refusal on AuditForge in your specialty + state for 12 months
- "Charter customer" branding when Base2ML launches public customer marketing
- Quarterly roadmap-priority nomination
Your investment: $60,000 over 24 months. Your output: unlimited audits. At 30 engagements/year, you're at $1,000/audit equivalent. At 100 engagements/year (which a 10-partner firm doing CMMC + SOC 2 + FedRAMP work could plausibly hit), you're at $300/audit. Per-engagement cost trends toward operating expense, not variable expense.
What we ask in return: a substantive case study at the 6-month mark, two warm introductions over the term, mutual co-marketing.

Comparison: pay-as-you-go list pricing (no commitment)¶
If you don't want to commit at all, list pricing is $1,500 per engagement, no contract beyond the engagement itself. Lower commitment, higher per-unit cost. Tier B saves 33% per engagement in exchange for a $3K commitment; Tier C eliminates per-engagement cost in exchange for the annual license.

- 12-hour session with TOTP MFA, brute-force lockout, fine-grained roles (admin/partner/associate), audit-firm scoping
- Per-engagement S3 bucket isolation (encrypted, versioned, public-access-blocked, tagged)
What's not in any tier today¶
- SAML / SSO integration (TOTP MFA is standard at this price point)
- Direct integration with audit-management software (CCH, Caseware, Thomson Reuters) — JSON export is the integration surface
- Custom audit primitives beyond the built-in ten
- 24/7 support (founder responds within business hours)
- SOC 2 Type 1 or 2 report — substantive controls are in place; auditor-signed report is on the post-revenue roadmap
